When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password. We also store your child's name, grade, and quiz progress. We collect the minimum necessary to operate the service.
Only to provide the service — to log you in, save progress, and respond to support requests. We do not advertise, sell, or share your data with third parties.
Personal data is stored on Canadian servers (Supabase, AWS Montreal). All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
This service is for children aged 6–14. Accounts must be created by a parent or guardian. We do not collect a child's full name, date of birth, school, or address. If we learn a child under 13 has created an account without parental consent, we will delete it.
You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@ontariocurriculum.ca. We respond within 30 days.
We use no advertising cookies or trackers. A session token is stored locally on your device to keep you logged in.
By using OntarioKids Learn you agree to these terms. You must be 18+ to create an account (on behalf of a child). The service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy or redistribute our content without permission.
OntarioKids Learn is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Subscriptions are billed in CAD and cancel at the end of the billing period.
OntarioKids Learn is an independent service — not affiliated with the Government of Ontario or the Ministry of Education. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
