OntarioLearn (accessible at ontariocurriculum.ca) is an independent educational platform offering interactive lessons and quizzes for students in Grades 1 through 8, aligned with the Ontario elementary school curriculum. It is operated as a private service based in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
OntarioLearn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government of Ontario, the Ontario Ministry of Education, or any school board. Our content is independently developed and aligned with publicly available Ontario curriculum documents.

OntarioLearn may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion in cases of technical failure or accidental charge. All prices are clearly displayed before any purchase.
All lesson content, design, and code on OntarioLearn is the intellectual property of OntarioLearn's operator unless otherwise noted. The Ontario curriculum expectations referenced in our content are published by the Ontario Ministry of Education and remain Crown copyright.
OntarioLearn is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every educational need. We are not responsible for decisions made based on quiz results or lesson outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OntarioLearn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
